PRICING PACKAGES

We offer two baseline pricing packages that allow you to DIY to your heart's content, and our add-on services allow us to perfectly accommodate your schedule. Please let us know if there's anything else you're interested in - we pride ourselves on our flexibility.

The Short + Sweet Package

Perfect for an elopement, bridal shower, birthday party, or other afternoon personal/business event

$400

Includes:

- three hour trailer bar rental between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm 

- trailer pickup and drop-off at your event space

- please note that this package is only available in the KW region*

The Whole Dang Package

Made especially for weddings and corporate events and parties

$800

​

Includes:

- full-day trailer bar rental, from 11 am the day of your event until 11 am the following day

- trailer pickup and drop-off at your event space in the KW region*

Add-on Services:

​

Extra rental time: $100/hour

Extra travel: $1/km outside of the KW region*

Off-hour pickup (anytime before 9 am or after 9 pm): $150

​

Additional time for set-up: $200/day

- This add-on is available on a case-by-case basis, depending on location and venue

- You can book Scout for a bit of extra time to ensure you've got enough time to set up

- This add-on is only available on weekday evenings
